Records review, research, and preparation for a deposition or potential court appearance is $500.00 per hour. Consultation and communications (e.g., email, phone, zoom) will be charged at $500 per hour, in 15-minute increments. Fees for hours of time requested must be paid in advance.

$600.00 per hour (2-hour minimum). Fees for hours of time requested must be paid at least 14 days prior to deposition.

$600.00 per hour (4-hour minimum), portal to portal/wait time. Fees for hours of time requested must be paid at least 14days prior to court date.

If travel beyond 60 miles from the provider's home is required for trial order position, a travel retainer in the amount of $6000 is required to be paid at least 14 days prior to travel date.

$3000 per day for travel time (1-day minimum). Fees for days requested must be paid at least 14 days prior to travel date.
