Reschedule, & Refund Policy

Minder specializes in providing high-quality neuropsychological evaluations with a fast turnaround to ensure patients receive the quality care they need as quickly as possible. To maintain this high level of service, we carefully schedule appointments to optimize speed and efficiency. Changes to scheduled appointments on short notice disrupt this process, delay care for other patients, result in unfillable appointment slots, and lead to lost revenue.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Purchase

Clients who cancel within 48 hours of purchasing their appointment will receive a 100% refund, minus a $99 non-refundable fee to cover administrative costs and mailed materials.
This 48-hour window allows time to confirm insurance eligibility, such as in-network status, copay, and deductible.

Cancellations More than 10 Days Before the Appointment

Clients who cancel more than 10 days before their appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $99 non-refundable fee to cover administrative costs and mailed materials.
Why 50%? Changes to scheduled appointments on short notice delay care for other patients, result in unfillable appointment slots, and lead to lost revenue.

Rescheduling Within 10 Days of the Appointment

Clients who wish to reschedule within 10 days of their appointment will be charged a $199 rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and scheduling adjustments.

No-Show Policy

No refunds.
No-shows may be rescheduled once for a $199 fee.
Clients must pay in full for a new appointment if they miss their rescheduled session.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may require a second testing session if the evaluation cannot be completed within the remaining time available. A $199 late fee may be charged to cover additional scheduling and administrative costs.
By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
